I know it's been quite a while since the new chapter of Saiyuki Reload has been posted on radiofreebanri, and someone else might have already posted a translation... but if people are still waiting for my translation, I just wanted to apologize for the delay and that I am going to eventually work on it. I'm hoping for this weekend. The last couple of weeks have been pretty crazy with my job at Starbucks and I also have been working on research and writing articles for my other job and just really have not had time to work on the translations yet. I am hoping that when I get some free time this coming weekend, I can finally post the translations. If someone can pass this information along, it'd be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

that seriously makes me hate starbucks. i know i don't know the whole story, but it just seems that the good people get fired without even getting a second chance, and all of our dumbasses get promoted without even a second thought. come one people, it's right before xmas. and i have to work tonight. great. it's gonna be awkward. this is the second time in little over a year that a friend has been fired. fuck. i can understand a write up, but firing someone who's basically had a clean slate. and they wonder why we all worry about our job security sometimes.

SEATTLE - Police on Monday confirmed the list of those killed over the weekend in one of the worst mass killings in the city's history.

In all, seven people died, six victims, ranging in age from 14 to 32, plus the shooter himself, a man who some aquaintences called "angry".

Killed were:

Jason Travers, 32, who died of a gunshot to the head. Friends and family described him as gentle and a good listener. He was born and raised in Albany, N.Y., was a vegan, opposed to war and a sometimes-Unitarian. He worked at the Madison Market food co-op with another victim, Jeremy Martin.
Jeremy Martin, 26, was one of five roommates who lived in the Capitol Hill home on East Republican Street. Martin was a musician and a wine salesman. He worked at Madison Market, a food cooperative, and died of a gunshot wound to the chest. Capitol Hill killings

Christopher Williamson, 21, a.k.a. “Deacon”, was shot in the chest and head. Williamson's mother and friends said he was trying to get out of the rave scene because he had been doing too many drugs. He'd recently completed rehab and friend James Winn said that "Better Off Undead" was to be his last rave, a goodbye party of sorts.
"He wanted to get on the right track. He was being responsible," Winn said.
Chris Williamson’s mother Sandra appeared lost.
“I don’t know what I’m going to do. He was the reason I got up in the morning,” she said.

Justin Schwartz, 22, was shot in the torso and neck. A native of Bethel, Alaska, Schwartz described himself as Eskimo. But people often mistook him for Asian, and he went by the nickname "Sushi." He wrote on his blog of his love for the rave scene, adding, "I am hereby officially tendering my resignation as an adult. I have decided I would like to accept the responsibilities of an 8-year-old again."

Suzanne Thorne, 15, died of a gunshot to the head. She attended the party with her 18-year-old boyfriend. Her mother, Nancie, told The Seattle Times she did not approve of her daughter going to raves.

Melissa Moore, 14, was shot in the chest and head. Moore was a student at Columbia Junior High in Fife. Her father says said was taken to a rave dance on Friday night by older friends that he trusted.
On Monday, Moore described his daughter as brighter than the sun. She liked shopping, was on the chess club and enjoyed Mariners baseball.
“She was my angel,” he said.

Jason Travers spoke with his older sister, Cheryln, by phone Friday, discussing plans to get together this summer. Jason, who grew up in Albany, lived in Seattle and Cheryln had never been there. She was planning a trip to see her brother in July.

But hours after the two hung up, Jason Travers would be dead.

"You just cannot comprehend such a senseless act of violence," Cheryln Travers told the Times Union of Albany. "You watch these things about Columbine, and then when it hits home ... it's just truly a senseless act of violence that nobody will ever understand."

damn it.... there's been something wrong lately and i don't know what. a couple days ago i woke up feeling really nauseus....i took meds(almost choked on it cuz i was an idiot and didn't realize trying to drink medicine that's powder down my throat with no water MIGHT HURT) so i fucked up my throat for a while...thankfully i was okay by the time i woke up.... then last night...or early this morning i had a major headache...which soon led to nausea out of nowhere....so i stayed in bed all day today. i was doing somewhat okay throughout the day but now i have that god damn headache again...i can't be sick. i have to work 8 hours tomorrow and then another 5 in the morning on friday....grrr i have to make it through then.... then i have saturday off and on sunday i'm hopefully gonna be able to see evanescence.... *Sigh* i hope everything goes well.

well...this morning went alot better than i thought. work was fine. :) the people were cool and that store was busy so time went by pretty well. honestly i'm more worried about friday cuz 1. i have to come in even earlier at 7:15 after closing the night before and 2. the one person i've never worked with and am sort of scared of working with....will indeed be there that morning...maybe i can just avoid her for 2 hours. but anyways....i might think about transfering to dash point...they're needing people to work there and the people are cool there too. not to mention i miss doing drivethru....lol. their store is SO much bigger...that was rather nice.

i'm surprised...i actually had $15 of tips from seatac mall....not bad. a little over a $1 an hour... idiots at target messed up my reprints...idiots. so i have to do it again when i'm not tired. i ended up getting the two towers dvd at target cuz it was only $15(there goes my tips...lol) but i then realized there's a special version coming out in october...god damn it....grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!

big update part #1....

i'm going to divide my big ass update that i've been saying i'd write for over a week into at least 2 different ones cuz it's gonna be too long as just one... not to mention i can't remember everything at once. btw this is probably all going to be out of order.

not very intelligent....ok so...my supposed 6 1/2 hour shift turned into a 9 hour shift....fun... i'm not tired tired, but i friggin ache all over.... ugh. this person named james who transfered from another store was supposed to work preclose....he was supposed to start at 3:15....3:25 comes around, he's not there.... we were already worried cuz the manager would have to be alone with him for 2 hours before another person came in....so well...apparently he needed someone to take his shift....no one took his shift....so he decided hey...i won't show up anyways...when they finally got a hold of him, he asked if lorrainne got someone to cover the shift...um....well...that's sorta his own job...SO yeah fun. i ended up staying an extra 3 hours.... *sigh* i don't want to get up...my lower back hurts alot...and i have to work tomorrow as well...at another store. that's gonna be interesting. but anyways... *sigh* i'm gonna update later.... i'm gonna go eat dinner now ttfn :P
